While most flexi caps rotate cash → equity → small caps, Parag Parikh Flexi Cap is doing something different: Yes, its equity allocation is rising too (added TCS, Infosys, HCL Tech, IGL in April). But it's ALSO building one of the highest REIT allocations among diversified funds — 4.1%, via Embassy Office Parks + Brookfield India REIT. And it still holds ~15% in cash/debt/arbitrage — more than most peers. Rajeev Thakkar isn't chasing the small-cap rally. He's diversifying into real estate income while everyone else piles into equity risk. Portfolios reveal sentiment — and this one's sending a contrarian signal. 👀

The easiest way to understand market sentiment? Stop watching experts. Start watching mutual fund portfolios. The last 6 months of top Flexi Cap funds (Parag Parikh, HDFC, Motilal & others) reveal a clear trend: ✅ Cash/debt allocation is falling. ✅ Equity allocation is rising. ✅ Within equities, many are increasing exposure to small-cap stocks. Fund managers don’t reveal their view in interviews—they reveal it through their portfolios. Retail investors should pay attention. 📊

Wtf is wrong with people demanding cash on the spot after an accident? Isn't that why every vehicle is required to have third-party insurance? If you want to protect your NCB, ask the driver at fault to process the claim through their third-party insurance. If needed, call the police and follow the legal process. Why block highways? Why threaten people? Why pick fights? Why make thousands of innocent commuters suffer? All this drama doesn't make you look tough. It only exposes your lack of civic sense and makes you look like a clown. Insurance exists for a reason. Roads are not courtrooms. Am I missing something, or has demanding instant cash become the new normal?

It's more about cutting time but that's not marginal as of now given the underlying infrastructure. But seating is not even comfortable and product looks cheap due to Aluminium. May be I should stop CC and move to EC or lose a lot of weight to fit on those comfortably. They'll become better over period of time.

Have you noticed that bhaiya/didi often use the opposite branding to target folks Pass outs from tier 1 or IITs will target tier 3, Successful folks will pretend to be “mediocre” to target struggling folks List is endless

@sarsjits @balakoteswar @FinPaal Yes. Based on the above info - I reached out RM and requested for M4B LTF instead of Plain Magnus LTF. He said he is looking into that. Will get an update soon

@vini546 @balakoteswar @FinPaal No bro. It is burgundy account and plain magnus LTF. It's just that the threshold for Cat A is reduced to 2L. No mention of LTF M4B. You may recheck once with the RM.

@vini546 Congratulations 🎉🎉. It’s a big upgrade. Why didn’t they provide you with an M4B card as LTF immediately instead of select? I heard from July 1st they are giving it.

There are lot of benefits of using a credit card but there are some soft benefits that are very less talked about. In the early days @getscapia used to run some lucky draws and fortunately I have been winner for two in a row. It was a fabulous experience along with my wife. I hold several credit cards from premium to paid to ltfs but this card stood out because we were able to meet great artists like @tabachakewrites and @indianoceanband Evening was mesmerizing and food and drinks were cherry on top! I have been using its Airport benefits as well where in I plan it in such a way that I can use it max in the billing cycle. It's not the best card but it's a great start. If you would want to experience the same, apply through my referral link: apply.scapia.cards/landing_page?r… If you do apply. DM and there could be a surprise awaiting for you 😇

The best money I’ve spent on my Honda City wasn’t on accessories. It was the 7-year extended warranty. Given the current ethanol (E20) situation, that peace of mind feels more valuable than ever.
