The fees @ShopprsDrugMart charges are more than I make doing an annual review! And in my instance, I do - a complete check - a physical exam - investigations - adjust medications by removing unnecessary ones and adding necessary ones. So this is what a family doctor is worth 🤦🏽‍♀️

Here’s a website to go through -Doubt that’s what it is, cuz I’m on the low end of the age range. Meanwhile, I’ve always been in the low end range of everything I’ve experienced cuz of genetics.

@courtneyellis I’ll give you the retrospective: my kids could tell you more about my peri-men days than I. I tell younger women all the time but truthfully many aren’t open to listening… Everything related to menopause is confusing, frustrating, wearying. It’s a crazy sorority.

Any other women in their early 40s go to the doctor with weird symptoms and have them say, “Oh, well that’s perimenopause,” and while you knew menopause would hit around 50 the fact that there’s a decade of bizarre body behavior leading up to it is COMPLETELY NEW INFORMATION?
