But the book "The Satanic Rituals" for example includes various rituals that utilize symbolism outside of the Judeo-Christian mythos. No. "Antithetical" just means directly opposed or contrary in principle or effect. You can reject a religion's core claims as false (or nonsense) and still build something explicitly designed to contradict its values, rules, or worldview. LaVeyan Satanism does exactly that with Judaism, Christianity, and mysticism in general—without needing to treat any of them as "valid." Opposition doesn't require buy-in.

Satanism is a fully codified religion, complete with a philosophy, symbols, ethics code, holidays, and ceremonies. These were established by the Church of Satan in 1966, who has since been recognized as a religion by the U.S. government in several ways. So there is no rational argument as to why it shouldn't be covered by the first amendment here in the U.S.. Satanism is not merely "all antagonism towards" Christians. There are occasional pranksters who dress up as "Satanists" and do public stunts to specifically bait and harass Christians, just as there are juveniles who mindlessly carve pentagrams into school desks because it freaks out authority figures. But despite such antics not being Satanism, Christians like Jessica keep stupidly taking the bait without caring.

LaVey's approach was too scripted, and the Church of Satan movement failed to spark a true revolution, until now that is, with the 99%. The Satanic Bible now reads like an instruction manual for current government agendas, which is shocking. There’s no denying that Satanism is unhealthy. It describes itself as the religion of primal indulgences, celebrating pride, greed, wrath, envy, lust, gluttony, and laziness, in direct opposition to Christianity, as expected.
