15+ days since I submitted my defective iQOO Neo 10R (Day 1 motherboard issue). Replacement promised in 7 days—still no stock, no timeline, no resolution.
Need immediate replacement/refund or I escalate legally.

Bought iQOO Neo 10R (Mar 30). From Day 1: auto restarts. Service center (Apr 6) confirmed motherboard defect → replacement promised by Apr 13.
Now: no stock / delay / forced Vivo T4.
Need replacement/upgrade in 48 hrs or I escalate.
