Stop Buying Seats Getting pretty annoyed by watching special interests, elites and foreign interests purchase our representatives and like many of you, it seems like there's nothing we can do but watch. I'm going to try something, who knows if it will work. I started a petition to propose that SuperPAC spending on House and Senate candidates is limited to match the dollar donations of INDIVIDUALS. If a candidate can raise $1M in individual donations, the SuperPAC can only spend $1M dollars. Perhaps we could urge our lawmakers to introduce legislation to cap SuperPAC spending in line with individual contributions, ensuring our political system truly represents the will of the people. The best we can do is try. This is a @change.org sponsored petition so hopefully it could at least start the conversation. Like you, I'm not sure what else to do at this point. Because he and Massie together wrote the most universally beloved bill in the history of the Republic, vehemently resisted -- then finally supported by all members of the House and Senate (but one) and signed into law by your master, DJT, to RELEASE THE EPSTEIN FILES. Why a Democrat would want to do that is beyond me, since most of Epstein's associates were Democrats. Why a Republican wouldn't want to release the files raises suspicions. What was in those files led to two dozen prominent individuals losing their jobs outright -- including (short list) Larry Summers, Jes Staley, Prince Andrew, UK Ambassador Peter Mandelson, Goldman Sachs’ Kathy Ruemmler, World Economic Forum president Borge Brende. Another hundred faced humiliation and professional fallout. You should probably rest your tiny brain and save it for remembering to breathe, Andrew.
