@BasicFitNL @BasicFitFr can ANYONE from your customer care PLEASE RESPOND?

Don't buy a starter kit from @BasicFitNL if you actually want to use it anytime soon. They promise 2 day delivery (and charge for it) and then don't even RESPOND for 10 days. AND they don't let you cancel or refund you! I ordered 10 days ago and they won't respond to anything.

Ordered a starter kit from @BasicFitNL TEN days ago. Not delivered, no response from customer care despite reaching out over email, chatbot, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Needed it for a month and I'm leaving purmerend in 2 weeks and they won't say WHY it's not shipped.

@BasicFitNL my order is delayed for nine days and noone on your customer care responds. I have sent COUNTLESS emails, had many conversations with you ai chatbot (who does not help) and not one word from you about what the problem even is.

@GreeceinIndia Really request urgent help. I have been reaching out for a visa Correction for a week but have had no response.

@GreeceinIndia all official emails and numbers are unresponsive. Could you please help? I have to leave in 5 days and your office is on leave for 4 of those days. I was supposed to get my passport back with the correct visa long before this.

@GreeceinIndia i was given the wrong visa last week (30 day instead of 90 days, which I applied for) and have been emailing and calling for a correction. Could you please help with a contact? It is extremely urgent. I have written several emails to grcon.del@mfa.gr already.

@excitel_rocks you really are the living worst. No internet for 4 days and your customer care is zero help. 4 days of constant calling to fix a simple problem and just .. NOTHING

@excitel_rocks if you can't send someone from an office that's literally 1 km away to fix a wire, you truly do not give a shit about your customers. I repeat, it's been FOUR DAYS. 19 calls to customer care. 19 different people giving bullshit excuses. FOUR FULL DAYS.
