I turned 40 concerts into sheet music. Each note is a concert I went to between 2016 and now. Rotate it, and it becomes a map of Europe. Hit play to hear the data sonification. Built with Three.js, d3-geo, GSAP, and Tone.js. lab.saunter.at/concerts

Thoughts: - kinda expected the graph to work like a mind map. It doesn't. You link things & watch patterns emerge - love the daily digest: interesting articles & patterns, provoking questions - workflow has lots of manual parts, still figuring out where friction is(n't) useful

Obsidian: 4 AIs involved atm, feels a bit overkill but whatever, it works - Qwen: scans raw for PII, suggests pseudonymisation - GPT: ingests & structures the wiki - Haiku: finds recent articles on relevant topics - Sonnet: scans the wiki for connections, patterns, questions

Built a mini macOS app for daily digests. Opening it anonymises the wiki, sends it to AI, then restores names locally when the brief is done Obsidian results: 3 unexpected cross-vault connections 2 articles on relevant topics 1 current thinking pattern 1 challenging question

So, Obsidian n̶o̶t̶e̶s̶ second brain update: Everything enters through INBOX, then gets manually sorted into: RAW: source material for the AI-maintained wiki, after local model does PII detection + pseudonymisation MUSINGS: personal reflections, never touched by AI

@0xcgn maybe you're just more pragmatic? I have to say, so far I find my electrocuted and intensely staring bunny quite entertaining... but the question is for how long 😅

@saunt_er I think so. the useful information is definitely a big add. but still, there is a puppy inside the circle :D maybe im not fun, but I prefer a blip sound when the task is finished instead of a pet running around my terminal 😅

Data sonification is hard. Especially if you want it to sound like something you'd actually listen to, but you have no music-making background and Claude has no ears. Figuring it out as we go

@spencerc99 That's so fun! Love projects where you can collaborate with others on random websites! The poems we found on the internet one reminds me of a project I've been working on: borrowedpoetry.com - it's an archive of overheard conversation snippets that anyone can add to

@floguo may I suggest borrowedpoetry.com? a collection of overheard conversation snippets... stripped of speaker & context, they almost start sounding like poetry. contributions are welcome
