@ZoomcarMUM Been a Zoomcar host for 1.5 yrs. Had to cancel a booking due to maintenance — got 1 negative rating & slot was auto-blocked. Yet, I got 3 more bookings for the same time & was penalized each time. Now my car is fully blocked. How’s this fair?

@TataMotors Dear Tata, our Tigor CNG (UP78HB5327) has had issues since day 1—scratches, engine noise, rough performance—all ignored by ICON Cars, Kanpur. Now out of warranty, we’re being charged ₹90K! We raised it earlier. Will you take accountability? #TataMotors #CustomerCar
