@ZARA @ZARACare @zarausa WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE!!! I had made an in-store purchase, I was charged incorrectly for my purchase. I have contacted the costumer service several times regarding this. No body I mean nobody in the their costumer service is of any help!!!!

I don’t get it what is under review for 1 month?? I have sent all the receipts and tags they have asked for, they even acknowledged that it’s their mistake still no reply. No call back no mails no nothing. @ZARA @ZARACare

They say they will mail you in 24 hrs but they mail you after a week. They give you a case number which is of absolutely no use. You call them for a follow up and everyone says the same thing- “it’s under review”. And if you ask them any question they DROP THE CALL! on your face!
