It is so important that we understand and consider how US politics impacts so much of the world's most vulnerable

That is ALARMING.... women and girls are amongst the first to be impacted by the climate crisis, geopolitical conflicts, and disease. Cutting funding puts them at greater risk for gender-based violence, exploitation, early marriages, and unsafe migration

@UN_Women survey looking at the impact of the US funding freeze found that 79 MILLION PEOPLE will no longer receive needed humanitarian assistance and almost half of women organizations providing aid may shut down within 6 mo unwomen.org/en/digital-lib…
