It highlights Elon's view that Altman helped flip OpenAI—from the non-profit Elon co-founded and funded in 2015 for open AI research benefiting humanity—to a for-profit company, after pushing Elon out. The ongoing lawsuit aims to restore the original mission without personal gain for Elon.

Scam Altman and Greg Stockman stole a charity. Full stop.
Greg got tens of billions of stock for himself and Scam got dozens of OpenAI side deals with a piece of the action for himself, Y Combinator style. After this lawsuit, Scam will also be awarded tens of billions in stock directly.
The fundamental question is simply this:
Do you want to set legal precedent in the United States that it is ok to loot a charity? If so, you undermine all charitable giving in the United States forever.
I could have started OpenAI as a for-profit corporation. Instead, I started it, funded it, recruited critical talent and taught them everything I know about how to make a startup successful FOR THE PUBLIC GOOD.
Then they stole the charity.

You won’t hear it from the LVCVA, but hotel bookings have been light for many of late, despite CES. Even if the event brought 140,000 people, it takes 340,000 to fill up the town. Downtown, for example, relies on “compression” (overflow from The Strip), just didn’t happen.

Some of the perks are already being rolled out. Watch for complimentary Champagne when checking in at Bellagio, minibar dumbassery (being charged for picking an item up) is getting reportedly being revamped marketwide, just for starters.
