@IRCTCofficial @irctc_app while I am trying to book a ticket from irctc.co.in or irctc rail connect app getting this error every time since many days. This error is getting rid of automatically once the ticket gets waitlisted. My id is psaw.

@Cleartrip @DGCAIndia @GoFirstairways I Prakash Kumar booked a ticket for Tumpa Kumari on Cleartrip of GoFirst Airline. But before the journey date airline GoFirst shut their operations. Since then I have been checked many times for a refund with GoFirst and Cleartrip as well.

@Cleartrip @GoFirstairways @GoAirlines @DGCAIndia @Cleartrip since 2 years I am getting the same answer but the refund hasn't been received yet. If you have been working closely with an airline for 2 years I must have got it. Please do the needful. Don't give excuses.

@Cleartrip @GoAirlines @GoFirstairways @DGCAIndia go air or go first must answer that refund for the cancelled flight by airline why not initiated yet to Travel Agent (Cleartrip). Please do the needful

@DGCAIndia , @GoFirstairways and @Cleartrip please do the needful and refund the amount. PNR Number : XCZN7D Traveller Name: Tumpa Kumari Journey Date: 4th May 2023.

But till the date I have not received the refund amount. Both the parties Cleartrip and GoFirst are blaming each other. Cleartrip is saying that refund is pending from the airline and GoFirst is saying that we have processed the refund request check with the airline.
