Guess what! We're all facing procrastination (Resistance) every single moment. Some of us can win the war, and some find several excuses to give up! For those procrastinators, I highly recommend reading "The War of Art" written by Steven Pressfield ⭐️

Experiencing new feelings can sometimes be super hard to handle! You need to be mentally strong to survive.

I was thinking that I'm strong enough for going through and passing many struggles and obstacles, but in each journey, I face new kinds of challenges that make me think "will I be able to do it this time?"

One significant advice for you: choose the right environment! Believe me, everything (you energy, mindset, creativity, motivation, behaviors, personality, traits, ... etc) is affected by the environment you are living in.

Sometimes, right decisions in the past can be the worst in the future!

Why do people choose to change their reality? (Real skin colors, real faces, real bodies and so on)

Even I have good social skills, I'm a cautious person. I don't start chatting with others until I understand their personality by monitoring their behaviors. Someone has advised me: "You should push yourself to socialize more. It seems like you're building barriers" It's TRUE!

Connecting with others can make magical changes in your personality! Just choose the right people
