I was asked yesterday at an ETA event, about the explosion in this space. It’s Wednesday, and I have gotten three new deals this week. Two $5 million dollar deals and one for $3.5 million. I guess that answers that question!

Today, was a good Friday! We closed a very large $7.5 million Pari Passu Loan. And may I add, in under a month. I also had a loan approved for $3,500,000 for a Wharton ETA graduate. Some lenders might say, I had a good year today.

@Matt_Titan_ Truthfully, I would say often enough. I would say a majority of the time the deals are well over 1.75X DSCR.

@sbabmarks Pari Passu is underrated in ETA. Most buyers walk when primary lender conditions get aggressive — don't realize a second lender + seller note can save the deal. How often are you seeing DSCR >2x at $10M deal size?
