@HM_Passport My daughters is stuck on this since 27th Sept. I have rang, sent letters, emails, contacted management etc. My other daughters has now been sorted (was in Peterborough and comes tomorrow) this one is in Newport. We fly in 2 weeks this is urgent 😭😭😭😭 this is for a replacement

@HM_Passport @Peterborough passport office. I fly Monday and still haven’t had my sons renewal application approved. It said in September don’t fast track unless travelling within 3 weeks!!! So wrong Son with special needs in tears. My anxiety through the roof 😔

@MSKhanderia Also they should make it clear that documents take a week to load on the system and they count from this date not the application date!! I hope you find a solution 🙏🏻

If it’s printed and posted in the morning then you could get Thursday. I have until latest Thursday morning and then my chances are over.
