Whether on the whole men are "better" than woman at talking football doesn't matter here. What matters is these three women are good at it. Better than most other women (and men!). And also, guess what? Millions of people DID and DO listen to them. What a stupid, ignorant tweet.

This tweet upset some folks, so let me clarify: No one wants to listen to 3 women talk football. Men are better at it— it’s like asking cats to bark. I issue no apology and no retracts. Most people agree with me, they’re just afraid to say it. Carry on with your outrage.

@chrisoIIey Currently, Tariff inflation is scaring a lot of folks. I work for a retailer that was going to do a revamp in 20% of their stores next year, but have scrapped the plans entirely because the projected costs have increased by 150%.
