Without a doubt. The first time I tried pendulum squats, I thought the machine was broken or I wasn't using it correctly. Humbling doesn't do it justice. The upside is getting an unbeatable leg workout.

Short term - running/cleaning up the locker room/equipment cleanup etc
Long term - playing time/leadership opportunities/recruiting advocacy

@james_xond Worked a job prior to my current when I generally worked 40-45 hours in what I would call regular business hours and spend two to three hours on the phone 3-4 nights a week in an on call capacity. Left that gig about 7 years ago.
