Who is right? This man noticed a car parked in the same spot in his neighborhood for 2 days and what he says is over 4 hours. He decides to question the driver about it. But is this warranted? The incident was Aug 13, 2025 at a CVS in Lehigh Acres, FL (Lee County Sheriff's Office). Woman caught concealing ~$900 in stolen merch (conditioner, perfume, etc.) inside a baby stroller. She resisted arrest, pulled away, demanded a supervisor repeatedly, and her car (parked in handicapped spot w/ fake decal) smelled of cannabis. Sister in car also arrested. Both charged with theft ($750–$5k) + resisting/obstruction. No reports or news of the deputy getting sued. Bodycam shows standard handling of a non-compliant suspect.
