@JakeyJakey6 @GetQuakedOn It seems like it’s just denial… Insane movement + decent one shot potential, and he’s “worst char in the game, obviously”? No… he’s capable of making plays just like other tanks. His balance is just a lot less straightforward than mitigation / dps numbers. 🤷‍♂️

@GetQuakedOn How do people get off saying Doom is terrible, he isnt strong but is far from weak. Especially when being played by players such as yourself.

@illPhysics They wouldn’t have invited you if they did not think you’d bring valuable feedback 🤷‍♂️ takes a while and you can only really hope to nudge the tiller a little bit, but no way it fell on deaf ears.

Not a day goes by that I don’t think about the detailed feedback I gave during my invitation to Bungie’s recent Community Summit regarding the future of PvP, esp coming up on the Comp Rework next season. Please, oh please man…don’t let it have fallen on deaf ears.

@sc_Slayerage My issue is that the torso doesn't move back and forth; it feels unnatural. I believe that's why most people are getting weird vibes from it

Not an expert: The hate this animation gets is weird: A skilled five finger filet has as few ‘extra’ movements as possible - exaggerating how robotic she is was likely intended to make her look crazy skillful. Not saying it’s beyond criticism, but bandwagoning hate is cring.

@ippolyi I mean yeah obviously clipping isn’t polished looking but you can’t tell me you’d notice that immediately just from watching the clip at normal speed. Again, recognizing it isn’t great… screen capping it like it’s super in your face isn’t exactly enough to justify the criticism

@GetQuakedOn I’d agree more if there were more counterplay to him without selecting specific counters (particularly bc sombra is a dumb hero that shouldn’t exist so if she’s a “counter” that’s not great). But yeah, you are right. Doom’s just such a nightmare to play against in skilled hands.

@sc_Slayerage i mean isnt that a good thing? a player who is extremely skilled on a shit hero and getting value is pretty fair and impressive. I would rather rather have a highly skilled player dominating on doom than some awful player getting free value on zarya for less skill and effort.

@MQnzt3R @GetQuakedOn Definitely not, he’s not always amazing but he can pop off if nobody counters him and whoever is playing him is really good at it. I’m sure he’s not relevant in most GM games but he’s not useless by any means. Good doomfists are scary 🤷‍♂️

@WarnTV Having a bad start and needing to win 3 consecutive fights to get back in the game feels terrible. Even in KOTH, the enemy’s success doesn’t HURT yours. Plus the spawns are way too far… it feels sloppy. Tug of war could’ve been executed much better.

I genuinely think anyone who hates Push is bad at Overwatch 2. This mode encourages every core team value, unlike ever before

@joegoroth @TheTrueVanguard Totally agree with TV here. I was never a fan of the flawless pool concept’s execution, but it’s hardly a bad look for the game director to be invested in his team’s game… that is actually a massive W for Destiny fans ❤️ Destiny dev team.

@TheTrueVanguard We still have plenty of work to do on the competitive side of PVP. I'm excited to continue to be getting crushed and (hopefully) be getting better with a bunch of yall next season. More info on the competitive pvp updates that we have planned there, coming later this month.

I think this “Joe is playing with resetters” thing is a little weak. Not a GREAT look but he’s not resetting and isn’t responsible for policing artificial rules onto clanmates.

@Aspen_OW As much as this movement is a lil busted it’s kinda hard to complain when the gameplay is obviously pretty skilled to make it happen, plus they totally would’ve killed your without team support. Pretty cool play honestly
