@slimisms for recalibrating metabolism tho, generally i think ppl recommend a few days to a week of eating at maintenance to allow the body to reset instead of just a day? u can also work up to this incrementally if u think ur actual tdee is lower now

ok guys I need advice…… I’ve been heavily restricting (eating 500 cals below bmr & 1000 cals below maintenance) and intermittent fasting every day for about 4 weeks straight. and it’s been a couple weeks now since the scale has budged…. do I need a metab day?
