All managed with ClickUp/Slack 1- The Brief: Scripts & briefs come from the Creative Director or Media Buyer. 2- Scripts & briefsPassed to the Creative Manager or outsourcer to hire UGC actors OR create them via AI. 3- Editing: To the editors, then uploaded to Frame.io for review by creative director or manager or media buyer 4- Final files go to Google Drive for media buyers. THE TEAM & COSTS Creative Manager: $2k/mo (Manages outsourcers/UGC/hiring. Creative Directors to take this over eventually). 2 Creative Directors: $2500 - $3000 • 50-70 New Angles/week • Becomes 200-250 pieces of creative (with new hooks/cuts). Media Buyers: 3 Main + 3 JRs • Create 20-60 scripts & creatives/week. • Main buyers $4k/mo flat rate + Tiered Profit Share: • $0-$100k = 10% • $100k-$250k = 15% • $250k+ = 20% JRs get paid $15 a hour not profit share POST-PRODUCTION 3 Video Editors: $1500 - $2000/mo each. Adstronaut.io: $1500/mo (Editing services). AI Tech Stack: • Nano Banana (Images) • Arcads / Heygen (UGC Video) • makeUGC.ai (kinda shit) • Turbo Scribe (Script transcribing for ripped ads) UGC - Private Slack channel with 150+ actors (From Backstage/Fiverr). - We drop jobs, they DM the Creative Director to hire. Real actor costs = ~$2k/mo. However, we mostly use AI now. Costs are way lower and the speed of using AI UGC is way more efficient.
