I'm grateful that San Francisco (my former home and IMO one of the most racist/anti-Black progressive cities in the nation) was the first to propose a reparations plan, underscoring the sheer idiocy of it. People won't be able to say they didn't know.

Also, the Democratic Party initiated this nation's only Civil War in order to protect the institution of slavery, not to mention the subsequent Black Codes, Jim Crow, and KKK terrorism. If any institution should be first in line to pay reparations it would be the DNC.
