It’s definitely a step in the right direction for being able to create high quality looking games with AI, but there’s still a ways to go until an AI generated game like this is fully fleshed out and playable without horrendous bugs and imperfections. Think of it as being a way better looking version of that AI generated Minecraft demo Oasis AI released.

This is purely “front-end” graphical stuff you see in games. None of the actual underlying mechanics that a games features and objectives run on are actually there, and if they were to be implemented by AI the same way they created this world and its characters, it would be sloppy.
