@schiz0rat We did a blog recently about voices, have a look at this: recoveryinthebin.org/2026/03/25/voi… Can appreciate that it is very daunting to ask voices to speak to you at specific times & harder to go away. What feels doable for you? Do you have any contact with a hearing voices groups?

currently doing cbt-psychosis. in this weeks homework i was told to give the voices a specific time to talk to you, and tell them to go away when they talk to you. i’ve had paranoid schizophrenia for 10 ish years. this is completely impossible for me and im sure others 1/

does anyone have experience with doing cbt for psychosis? i’m feeling so disheartened by this

I’ll be suspending my Etsy shop for a while. Maybe a month or so. I’m just really not okay and need to step back. I’ve been considering inpatient hospitalization just to stabilize myself.
