Our multidisciplinary team led by @JuliusGohLC, @EuwayPek ,Richard Teo and myself performed a nasal endoscopy today to assess the oral pharyngeal airway and PAP titration for a neuromyelitis optica patient.

@LarryNyanti Influenza screening was only "routinely" practice in some centers in Msia. Yes, you are right, during my training in SGP in 2017, all respiratory cases were screened without fail and the very sick ones from influenza may require ECMO.

Influenza cases are looking pretty bad lately. Here's one in a 30yo patient with zero comorbidities, who caught it from her sick child (who recovered well). COVID & TB workup negative
