I am in the same boat! And now being told that the credit is not “really” a credit even though I specifically asked if the $415 credit could be applied directly to the IPhone 12 equipment balance.

@TMobileHelp help! Were told if we paid off and upgraded to an iPhone 12 max that we’d get an $800 credit on our account for trade in. After upgrading we are told that deal is only for new lines. We paid off old phone and upgraded just to be told we were given wrong Info.
