Absolute gridlock on Bayview at the end of rush hour this evening: 20 minutes to go one block. While it's good this is being repaved, it's time for better construction planning to keep #DVW moving forward.

@rchernoslin @JayeRobinson It seems very odd that the very same facility at North Toronto CI which also has gates is open.

@scoombs @JayeRobinson Northern is locked because the province ordered all playing fields closed. Where there are gates, etc, we are forced to close them. I am hopeful the province will lift this order soon as I believe community members can and should be able to use these facilities safely.

@JayeRobinson can you explain why the gate to the field at Northern Secondary is locked? It would help those of us who live in the neighborhood to have a place to safely exercise.
