@RealJHoenisch @Roscoelov You bootlickers do love to parade how gullible you are. That, or you know that Elon was seig heiling, and just like him, you also get a kick out of lying about it. It's despicable and embarrassing either way.

Dear @elonmusk, protesting is not a crime. Organizing online to protest isn't a crime either, even if you don't like the protesters' goals. We oppose any efforts to mislabel peaceful protesting as illegal—protests are foundational to our democracy.

@sovereignstack_ @elonmusk Pure bot propaganda. Occam's razor suggests that if a billionaire is taking over the government, it's not out of the kindness of his heart, but a desire to continue raking in even more profits for himself. Use your brain.

Elon—if America falls, what do you think is going to happen to your business? Everything the President is doing is just long-term thinking. The ship of America must be strong and must not sink. If it sinks, we all sink with it. It is essential that America be healthy and America's economy be strong. America is the central pillar holding up Western civilization. From day one, @elonmusk has been thinking long-term—not just for himself, but for the future of innovation, free speech, and humanity as a whole.

@ElectricRaph @elonmusk In the Matrix movies, the Matrix is literally run by the kind of AI that Elon is trying to produce. You clearly have not thought out your metaphor correctly. Nor your politics.

@PeriklesGREAT @elonmusk Bullshit. A dollar for Tesla is a dollar for fascism. The only way the overvalued Tesla stock could possibly deliver actual profits is if Elon gets control of the government and uses his political power to wring money directly out of the US population.

@FinalTelegraph @elonmusk Licking the boots of the world's richest man as he guts the last protections for ordinary working people, while pretending to be against "the elites." Seriously, all you're doing is trying to protect his automobile profiteering. It's wild what a person can sucker himself into.

An investigation has found 5 ActBlue-funded groups responsible for Tesla “protests”: Troublemakers, Disruption Project, Rise & Resist, Indivisible Project and Democratic Socialists of America. ActBlue funders include George Soros, Reid Hoffman, Herbert Sandler, Patricia Bauman, and Leah Hunt-Hendrix. ActBlue is currently under investigation for allowing foreign and illegal donations in criminal violation of campaign finance regulations. This week, 7 ActBlue senior officials resigned, including the associate general counsel. If you know anything about this, please post in replies. Thanks, Elon.

@WhitterCin40161 @FinalTelegraph @elonmusk Wait, you think a person who made billions of dollars from US government subsidies is trying to protect ordinary folks from the government stealing from them? What would be his incentive to do that? Don't you think it's more likely he has a profit motive here, too?

@jefferinc @Teslarati We're talking about a billionaire parasite who has been enriching himself via taxpayer subsidies for years and years and now controls the government finances— And you want us distracted by "The trans lobby in sports"? Keep licking boots. The "mind virus" is in your head.

@JeffBezos @_iamblakeley Could you please identify when "free markets" existed, according to your definition, and explain why, if we have not experienced them in our lifetime, you are so confident that they would represent an improvement on the current situation?

@_iamblakeley Correct we do NOT today and have not for a long time. Corporate subsidies and special provision tax breaks are common and highly distorting.

I shared this note with the Washington Post team this morning: I’m writing to let you know about a change coming to our opinion pages. We are going to be writing every day in support and defense of two pillars: personal liberties and free markets. We’ll cover other topics too of course, but viewpoints opposing those pillars will be left to be published by others. There was a time when a newspaper, especially one that was a local monopoly, might have seen it as a service to bring to the reader’s doorstep every morning a broad-based opinion section that sought to cover all views. Today, the internet does that job. I am of America and for America, and proud to be so. Our country did not get here by being typical. And a big part of America’s success has been freedom in the economic realm and everywhere else. Freedom is ethical — it minimizes coercion — and practical — it drives creativity, invention, and prosperity. I offered David Shipley, whom I greatly admire, the opportunity to lead this new chapter. I suggested to him that if the answer wasn’t “hell yes,” then it had to be “no.” After careful consideration, David decided to step away. This is a significant shift, it won’t be easy, and it will require 100% commitment — I respect his decision. We’ll be searching for a new Opinion Editor to own this new direction. I’m confident that free markets and personal liberties are right for America. I also believe these viewpoints are underserved in the current market of ideas and news opinion. I’m excited for us together to fill that void. Jeff
