I was diagnosed prescribed by my family doc. After about 6 months I dropped the script because there were too many hoops to jump through and they treat you like an addict in California. Worse actually, addicts they just give free stuff too. I would get the 3rd degree every time I went to the pharmacy. They would give me 1 month supply at a time. Told me to kick rocks when I explained I would be traveling for work and needed more than 4 weeks etc. The last straw was my doctor rescheduling my appointment 3 times when I was at the end of my script. I found a UGL and have never looked back. I do still consult with a hormone replacement expert (@BowTiedHRT) every 3 months and pay for my own bloodwork every three months. Finding a UGL is pretty easy honestly

JUST IN: US House votes 357-65 to block release of congressional sexual misconduct reports.

@mtracey They're doing EXACTLY the thing their voters didn't want, for the reasons they didn't want it, and they're doing a very bad job of lying about it.

Silent depression pt 8 In the past 25 years, the average purchasing power of the average American's wages have fallen by 50%, on a per-capita basis Your wages, even though they may increase in nominal terms, are losing about 7% per year on a CAGR-basis

The need for two jobs is rising: A record 9.5 million Americans reported working multiple jobs in November 2025, the highest ever recorded since the BLS started tracking in 1994. The share of multiple jobholders hasn't been this elevated since peaking at 6.5% in November 1996, when the workforce was considerably smaller. Here's the kicker: in 1996, roughly two-thirds of multiple jobholders lacked a college degree. Today, half hold a college degree, meaning even an advanced education no longer guarantees a single job will pay enough to make ends meet.
