Tommy Tuberville’s #NIL bill is simple: Place anticompetitive restrictions on athletes and let the rich (coaches, athletic directors, etc.) get richer. This doesn’t “SAVE COLLEGE SPORTS.” It’s a mechanism to strip away rights granted to athletes by the judicial system.

@JulieChangRE I read your response. I think when I pay in full for something, I own it. The government shouldnt tax ANYTHING that I paid in full for ---forever. Real Estate ownership is the single greatest means to end poverty cycles for families. The government shouldn't hinder that.

Did you read the article? This has NOTHING to do with inheritance tax. You don't think 15M is enough of an exception where you don't pay taxes
This is about property taxes.
What's stupid is that some people think they are special and want to pay less taxes than their neighbors
You don't have to pay more property taxes, you can sell it and enjoy the millions!
If you want to argue that property taxes shouldn't exist that is another argument. Figure out how to fund your local infrastructure, water, storm drains, sewer, police, fire, EMS, roads, schools and vote
