@sophiaamoruso Accept you can’t do more than your body will allow. identify your limits and then build system to constrain your work. Kind of like nutrition… don’t decide what to eat when you’re hungry. It’s all a budget of time and energy so make sure to approach your resourcing as such.

Running a venture fund is insane. I’ve never slept as little for as much fun — but also as little pay (not complaining; we all know fees on a $5M fund are a pittance). Start-up founders - I would highly recommend sending personalized, short cold emails versus doing mass mailing via mailchimp when fundraising. Your conversion rate will be much higher.
