A lot of the indie hackers I know who are amazing at building products struggle with marketing and sales - their products are unused or never make money and this sucks Imagine a platform / course that genuinely helps them get better Are there any? What has worked for you?

@ayushtweetshere Monitor their behaviour, stay close to the first 10, work out why they joined, what they want and help them achieve their goals…find a scalable way to duplicate this…the stickiness stage of lean analytics.
