@HighSchoolOT Just looked it up and the judge states the team was warned previously about the hands up gesture in a previous race and they still did it again.
Mallard Creek boys track and field was disqualified for unsportsmanlike conduct after winning the 4x400 relay in the final event of the day. Had the result stayed, the Mavericks would have won the team state championship. Instead, they remained in second place.

@SneakyJoeSports So your wife is an intelligent person, that is the only surprising part, you should not be allowed near children or small pets during games. I am the same
I am approaching 50 and I have been to hundreds and watched thousands of hockey games and I don't remember a team dedicating itself to flopping like the Canadians have so far this series. Truly I prefer Philly Dirty to this feeble version of hockey.
@_NancyJugs@barstoolsports Just figured I mention that was not the call here but should never be the call because by the rule the follow through can't be the issue, it is fine. Thanks for playing.
Coming out of a commercial break, the Sabres were rewarded a goal to go up 2-0
The Canadiens challenged it for goaltender interference and wiped the goal off the board
Insane
@GetSpectrum on 4/22 I spent 30+ minutes getting my best deal of $75 a month all in. I received a bill for $90 anyways. I have the email proving it which you employees have verified but after 90 minutes and 3 people I can't get the deal
Heartbreaking: Vanderbilt star QB Diego Pavia becomes the first Heisman finalist since 2014 to go undrafted.
Pavia invited all his friends and family to watch the draft together in hopes of getting a call.
The setup for his draft party 😔💔
Who’s one Sabre you think is going to bolster their value and perception after this playoff run?
Someone who people would expect to play worse against playoff hockey or just isn’t currently rated the way they will be following this run
@JustinTinsley@AroundtheHorn@SportsCenter My therapy is similar, you win two because you are the better team, you win one because of luck and you win one because of officiating
Ladies and gents, what began as an annual @AroundtheHorn spring staple made its @SportsCenter debut last night.
I present to you "The 2-1-1 Theory." I guarantee you'll never look at NBA playoff basketball the same. You're welcome in advance for the added fun — and stress.
NHL, how are you so incompetent that with all the series set for over 24 hours you don't have the game times announced? Truly spectacular bobbling of something good and making it annoying
Will be interesting to see if Josh Allen shows up to VOLUNTARY camp today.
And will be more interesting to see the reactions of people outside Bills fandom if he doesn't.
@Q_Review The parks were most dead in October if I remember correctly. I was working at downtown Disney, had no kids and minimal responsibilities so I went a lot. Some trips the longest lines were 15 minutes, I don't remember any waits of more than 30 minutes until Christmas time
What's the earliest footage we have of an American Disney park after 9/11?
I've always heard the parks were like ghost towns for a while and I’m fascinated by the idea of some guy waking up on 9/12 and going “today is the perfect day to enjoy short lines at Disney World”
@KevinBuffalo@TheBuffaloNews Tuition at many state Universities around the country have been basically equal to inflation since 1995 (SUNY among them), minimum wage up more than inflation in NYS since 1995. The comparisons are stupid and pretend you had a chance to go to Harvard or Yale, or any elite place
About 23% of all college students in the U.S. experienced food insecurity at least once, according to one study from the Governmental Accountability Office. Food pantries have been getting busier on college campuses. buffalonews.com/news/local/art…
@ByGerrySullivan What a stupid argument. SUNY schools are still under 10k a year for instate. I can't imagine being so economically illiterate that I would even consider Ithaca without a 90% scholarship.
@UberHansen The most dominant basketball player was Wilt Chamberlain. The most dominant baseball player was Babe Ruth. Hockey it was Gretzky. Football is a decent argument between a bunch, but I think Jim Brown from what I have seen
@RealDanZak Basketball is dying overall, and college basketball is no where near where it was 30 years ago, the premise is absurd. Honestly the championship game last year was watched by 18 million vs almost 50 million in 1995.
I asked Rick Pitino, who coached in the NBA near the height of the league's popularity, why college basketball's popularity is at an all-time high while interest in the NBA is declining.
"The resurgence of St. John's."
@DownGoesBrown Im on the hop on side, but i think a good validation question for anyone claiming they should get to sit in first class is to name line one for the 2014-2015 Sabres hahah
@WorldWideWob It is either the Deshaun Watson trade or the one that gave the Sabres Dominik Hasek, few even come close. The Cowboys for Herschel Walker trade doesn't count to me because Jimmy Johnson lied about his intent
