Genuine question, from someone who has considered top surgery for years. WHY would anyone with dysphoria want to enhance, and draw attention to, their top surgery scars? It just makes no sense to me. If you're dysphoric, wouldn't you want people to NOT notice the scars?

I probably could have been happy not signing onto twitter and seeing swathes of people shitting on a woman athlete with a DSD.
