To make matters worse, I have now injured my foot by exercising in old trainers, which would have been avoidable if the order had arrived on time, and I wouldn't be in the pain I currently find myself in. Best wishes, a very fed up customer.

I placed the order a month ago and the order should have arrived two weeks ago, and after 0 communication and 3 different web chats i have now been told it is lost but you can't issue me a refund as you need to do more investigation...
