@zoe_bearx there aren't any immediate plans for an actively supported JustGiving app. All users on the platform access it through  the web browsers on the mobile device or laptop/desktop computers they're using

@zoe_bearx hi Zoe, please the app you have there that isn't actively supported. To access the JustGiving platform, you can use the web browser on your mobile device or a laptop/desktop computer. I hope this helps. Please let us know if you need anything else at all

@JGhelp Not here for me! I've been trying to change Bank Details for a Charity I Chair since 19th June. No responses to any of my requests since sending in the completed forms. Meanwhile, you continue to pay into the wrong Bank Account and claim Gift Aid for us under the wrong reference.

I recently put up a page for a fundraising for some music videos but I have not yet heard whether it’s acceptable or not.
