@cromaretail I purchased lenovo monitor from online Croma store.It is found defective and request is submitted with photographs, but status whether it is registered or not. I called customer care next day and they registered a repair inspite my request to return. Later 3 times called them but just assurance of action. Today got the message the that problem is resolved and request is closed . While no body visited .Now i have only one option to go to consumer court.Hope you will understand
