@RBKCLF, can anyone comment on the accuracy of the lease ext cost calculator? Or, ideally, anyone w/ recent experience of ex-LA (RBKC) flat lease ext to offer any insight on length/costliness (potential 1st time buyer here, aware this varies a lot but very thankful for any info!)
