Report on the Situation of Seafarers on Tugboat “Mahan 12” and Indian Crew Members Based on Eyewitness Accounts and Received Field Reports In recent days, according to received reports, an aerial attack targeted a crew boat named “Parmida,” resulting in the tragic loss of four Iranian seafarers. At the same time, a tugboat named “Mahan 12,” which is a privately owned vessel and not affiliated with any governmental or military organization, was operating in the vicinity of the incident. This vessel has been known for many years and has consistently employed both Iranian and Indian seafarers. Its operations have always been non-military in nature. According to statements from the vessel’s personnel, at the time of the incident, several crew members of “Mahan 12,” including a number of Indian seafarers and one Iranian crew member, departed the vessel using a small boat in order to assist the distressed vessel “Parmida.” During this time, “Mahan 12” was also struck by an aerial attack. Approximately seven passenger vessels were targeted and attacked over the past day by the United States and Israel. According to available information, five of these vessels include: FIROUZEH (IMO: 9103099) ZAR (IMO: 9260160) NEGEEN (IMO: unknown) AROOS MAHYAR (MMSI: 422080900) TAVOUS 1 (IMO: 9222027) These vessels were struck while moored at Bushehr port, resulting in extensive fires that led to their complete destruction. In addition, another passenger vessel named PROMISSA (MMSI: 422917900) was attacked and struck in the vicinity of Khark Island. Following these incidents, the fishing pier in Bushehr was also targeted, and a large number of traditional boats and fishing vessels sustained damage. Considering the nature of these vessels, which are privately owned and not affiliated with any governmental or military organizations, and based on historical and operational records, the attacks are assessed as an effort to prevent the presence of passenger vessels in the vicinity of Khark Island, as well as to prevent their potential use for transporting military personnel or any movement of individuals to the island. Under these circumstances, the situation is interpreted as indicative of broader plans by the United States regarding access to Khark Island. Based on GPS data, radar tracking, and other available information, these vessels had remained inactive for approximately two months prior to the incident and had not conducted any movements. At the time of the attack, there were no passengers or foreign personnel on board. بر اساس آخرین اطلاعات دریافتی از همکاران و پرسنل کشتی‌ها که در بنادر مختلف ایران با اینجانب در ارتباط هستند، وضعیت ارتباطی داخل کشور در روزهای اخیر به شرح زیر گزارش شده است: تمامی خطوط تلفن و سیم‌کارت‌های داخلی فعال بوده و ارتباطات تلفنی داخل کشور همه‌روزه از ساعت ۶ صبح تا ۶ عصر برقرار است. تلفن‌های داخلی قطع نبوده و مردم می‌توانند در داخل کشور با یکدیگر به‌صورت عادی ارتباط برقرار کنند. در حال حاضر تنها اینترنت قطع می‌باشد و ارتباطات اینترنتی در دسترس نیست. همچنین تماس و ارتباط تلفنی از خارج از کشور به داخل ایران برای عموم امکان‌پذیر نمی‌باشد. طبق این گزارش‌ها، فقط برخی مراکز اداری، دولتی و بین‌المللی داخل ایران دارای یک خط آزاد بین‌المللی محدود هستند که صرفاً جهت ارتباط با مجامع و نهادهای دولتی خارج از کشور مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. تشکر از توجه شما کاپتان جهانی ✍️ #Iran

According to the latest information received from colleagues and vessel crew members who are in contact with me across various ports in Iran, the current status of communications within the country in recent days is reported as follows: All domestic telephone lines and SIM cards are active, and internal telephone communications within the country are available daily from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Domestic phone services have not been disrupted, and people are able to communicate with one another normally inside the country. At present, only internet services are suspended, and internet access is not available. Additionally, telephone communications from outside Iran to inside the country are not accessible for the general public. According to these reports, only certain governmental, administrative, and international centers within Iran have access to a limited open international telephone line, which is used solely for official communications with governmental bodies and institutions outside Iran.
