Life update: I'm now leading product @kirodotdev after a great time @AWSAmplify. We just launched Kiro, a new agentic IDE that pioneers spec-driven development. Will have more on this soon, but for now checkout: kiro.dev/blog/introduci…
Kiro@kirodotdev

This is Kiro - the AI IDE that actually works on your messy, real-world projects. Other AI tools lose context when projects get complex. Kiro gives you spec-driven development that scales beyond prototypes. Free preview available now spr.ly/6016429H8 #KiroDotDev

Practice 1 and 2 are all about collecting as much data for the team as much as possible to get the correct set up and final preparations before a harder push in practice 3. Time will tell, but the competition has definitely caught up. Let’s wait for Qualifying tomorrow

@rugby_ap Can you amend the tweet to make it about van der Dussen now?

I’ll be honest - I’m not sure what Reeza does to stay in this side. Particularly in T20s

Amazing how many @Cloudflare products start with a vendor we’d happily used deciding to try and hold us hostage. And our team then saying: “Ok, guess we need to build that ourselves now.” DDoS, DNS, Registrar, CAPTCHA, Zero Trust… all the result of this. Any guesses what’s next?

@eastdakota @Cloudflare I think we often overlook the Cloudflare Zero Trust offering. Are there similarities with what Tailscale offers, for example?

"That's the deal. That's open source. I give you a gift of code, you accept the terms of the license. There cannot be a second set of shadow obligations that might suddenly apply, if you strike it rich using the software. Then the license is meaningless." world.hey.com/dhh/automattic…

I was recently asked about object caching in WordPress and what that looks like on Kinsta. This blog pretty much sums up all the caching strategies available to the web in general but specifically to WordPress: kinsta.com/blog/wordpress…

Not all records you’re happy about breaking: @Cloudflare recently mitigated the largest ever reported hyper-volumetric #DDoS attack. 3.8 terabits per second (Tbps) and 2.14 billion packets per second (Bpps). Handled automatically any without any customer impact. Details to come.

@WoganMay @UseConnectify We suggested this might be a better place to start documenting stuff richly. We generally do it after the fact and it's a slog.

I take solace in the fact that the Proteas have never last a World Cup final.😅

@cathjenkin @byronrode I have a feeling that this is my pattern as well. I can fall asleep instantly between 7 and 8pm but if I try do school lunches etc after that I struggle to fall asleep at 10/11.

@seagyn @byronrode This is what I did, by force and requirement. I'm in bed by 8 at the latest most nights. If I make it to 9, it's an outlier. My ideal bedtime is 7pm. And then, up at any time from 4, but usually around there.

This waking up early crap isn’t for me — I like my sleep — but instead of trying (unsuccessfully) to go back to sleep, I’m trying to embrace it, so I’ve journaled, meditated and have been working for the last 30 minutes, and I’ve gotten a few extra hours for my day.
