When do @manxtelecom get away with such poor data service across TT. It’s like going back 25 years in time. Even with visitors we are no bigger than an average sized town in the U.K. I’m told the solution is to switch provider network to Sure but not an option on a MT contract

@LawrieHooper 2 issues 1) closure at 9pm doesn’t allow any flexibility given LCY flight isn’t scheduled to land until 8:50pm anyway. 2) I believe no compensation was paid as EasyJet blamed ATC. I’d dispute this as the plane could have landed before closure. EJ didn’t want it there overnight

The article is pretty clear this is a case of EasyJet ‘going through the motions’ rather than making an early decision to cancel the flight when they know it’s going to be too late to land anyway Why do this? Are they just trying to avoid having to pay compensation?
