It is now 3 MONTHS since I initially raised my complaint! I want someone to contact me asap!! No one has called me or anything. Not acceptable!

I acomplaint start of oct. It took a couple of weeks to send me a generic email that was no help. I raised my complaint further and it took you A MONTH to get a reply to me just to tell me it was being passed to another department. That was another month ago.
