IETF 108 is fully online. The remote registration is not free anymore. I think it s a step in the wrong direction. Remote access being free was a great sign of openness to everyone. Also people not engaging could not use the cost as an excuse. Now this has changed. :-(

20 years ago I could wander, explore, and get lost in the expanse of the internet. Today the internet feels so small. I've yet to truly understand why.

@coolaj86 Just put mine up today. Might seem normal to many here, but for me this is a bucket list and life goal moment. Feels good. 😍🇺🇸

@jb55 Nice! Clever router hack. 👍🏻 Very clean UI without the Gopher URL bar. Consider removing the `document.getElementById('location')` lines since they now throw script errors.

@TomValletti Love it. Thanks for laying down the law. I keep telling people to get it right! It's my favourite expresso drink.

Important THREAD on the etymology of CAPPUCCINO. First the spelling. It’s not capacino, capucino, capucinno, etc. It's CAPPUCCINO (singular), 2P’s, 2 C’s, 1N. CAPPUCCINI (plural), still 2P’s 2C’s, 1N. Second the etiquette. 1/

@0x604 This takes everybody offguard. visually, it's almost impossible to not see the "p." at the beginning of the last line. The difference between this code and its correct counterpart is 2 chars. It's

@feross If we told you what the scam was, and it's obviously able to do more than $9,500 in fraudulent damages, what's to stop you doing it yourself, sailing off into the sunset, and retiring on a small island in the Pacific? 🤨

Got a scammy email from someone offering to pay $9500 if I add a TXT record to webtorrent.io for 33 days. Obviously not going to do it, but any idea what might be going on here?

I love when people contribute to an open source project I'm maintaining... But don't start tagging maintainers right when you open the PR to start reviewing your PR...

@bengl Because putting 100 modules into sub-directories of 1 Git repo is somehow different from having 100 Git repos. 🙄

@seldo URLs & Import Maps. 😍 Once fallback is supported this should be more reliable than a SPoF registry, and de-escalate the centralisation of the JavaScript ecosystem around specific political/economic structures.

@aaronpeters Ooh, nice! Just ran it via Docker and it's showing 100% failed on DNSimple and anything with an IPv6 address as the resolver. (I do have an IPv6 IP/network though.) > docker run --rm -it turbobytes/dnsperfbench
