Each pan serves about 25 people. After filling, it’s cooled quickly for food safety, then volunteers wrap and label it for delivery. This behind-the-scenes step may not be flashy, but it matters. These pans go out early tomorrow morning. 💚

Not every mission moment is glamorous. Sometimes it’s onions, a cutting board, and the steady work behind every meal. 🧅 Every chop helps turn ingredients into meals for our neighbors. That’s fighting hunger from all angles. #SecondHelpings

Hello, spring. 🍓 The season brings even more fresh fruits and veggies to rescue and put to good use in our community. Here’s to spring produce and the good it can do. 💚

One shift sets it up, the next shift keeps it moving. This morning’s crew came in to instructions from last night’s kitchen team as we get ready to make 40 pans, with Ric and Tiara building the tilts for volunteers to cook. It’s all part of the teamwork behind every meal.
