@allenholub Agreed - CD is the way to go, ship to production many times a day if you can; but not so easy with on prem software.. that's where sprints provide value

I personally don’t think that Sprints are a particularly good idea. Just make your stories small and continuously work on the most valuable thing next. An artificial "fixed" deadline strikes me as unhelpful.
