Now that #RestoreBritain is a registered Political party, the narrative and attacks have shifted. As expected. These attacks have moved to attack the man himself, and his conservative roots or the quality of the membership of the party. The claim that 59% of part members are foreign has been safely debunked, and quite clearly noted as a hoax. And the constant 'whataboutery' of Rupert's conservative roots is just complete brainrot. Coming from right aligned groups - like Reform, its very much "so what?, Reform took up 5-6 actual sitting Conservative MPs that lived, breathed and fucked up the last few parliaments", Rupert has been an Ex Conservative since 1992. These things are not hard to verify. Weirdest ones are "but he donates to the Conservatives" (he doesn't) and he was "appointed to chair a conservative committee", yes, as an independent. There are multiple committees in parliament and its neither strange nor unusual for them to be cross party or multi-party because thats how our democracy works - with engagement and debate. Not shit slinging, personal attacks and outright lies. Let's be better folks.
