When @depechemode played Belfast in 1983, a young fan called Brian McDonnell, unable to bring a camera into the Ulster Hall, threw a roll of film with his name and address on it onto the stage and let DM take the pictures. These are what the band sent him back.

@etihad Thanks for your reply but you don’t understand. I have done that 5 times already. Each time I’m told it is resolved and then nothing happens. This is terrible service. I need to be able to contact someone in authority. Please can you advise me how I can do this?

.@etihad can you please advise how I can get missing miles added for myself and my partner. I have rung 5 times now over the past 3 months. Each time I’m promised it will be fixed but nothing happens. Is this the normal customer service standard for business class travellers?

@etihad Yes. I’ve tried emailing and got an auto reply saying to contact customer services. This has been going on so long now I just want to speak to someone who can resolve this and not get brushed off. Are you saying speaking to customer services means nothing will get resolved?

Was lovely spending an evening on Margate seafront surrounded by rubbish.Our visitors are trying to do the right thing by bagging it up. I've been here 10 years & every year it is a surprise to @ThanetCouncil that we have visitors! Do you think the seagulls will leave these bags?
