The sad & sorry state of "Jewish" journalism: when not one wire service reports on the major ruling in the @YUNews case & not one Jewish news outlet -- because they r either stocked with YU board members or compromised by YU ad dollars.

Huge ruling in the child sexual abuse case vs. @YUNews. A judge has dismissed YU's motion to dismiss the case. We can move forward with discovery and the case can proceed -- finally.

For an institution that claims to be the flagship of Modern Orthodoxy, they're just doing the same thing every other institution responsible for mass sex abuse does: Denying even though the evidence is clear, attacking the victims and continuing to cause them pain and suffering.
