the reason ray peat and mike mentzer fans on this website have such a massive overlap is because....... their tennants appeal to the laziest impulses of people who want top level champion results with minimal discipline skip the gym and eat the most palettable foods, because this worked for everyone in the past trying to get jacked i'm sure. that's why everyone you see at the top of the sport with best muscle conditioning, natty or not, always tells you how EASY it is... right? it doesn't matter how many people have overwhelming success having to genuinely suffer for it, all it takes is one person to come coddle the laziness in people while also framing it in a way that appeals to their ego making them feel like they understand something the other goyim simply can't comprehend "i'm working smarter not harder" with the most unremarkable results, ego living in the idea of who they will theoretically eventually become if they continue down this path, and that image they made up in their mind validating their sense of achievement prematurely enough for them to think they have more authority on the subject than people with personal anecdotal evidence to the contrary eat your carbs sure, in fact eat a lot of them. eat your protein, train harder than the average retard in the gym, and when it stops working you probably have to train even harder. i'm sorry to telly you but raw honey and doing LESS than average is not what's gonna circumvent the effort required to stand out amongst top performers another day on x dot com rolling my eyes at fitness "advice" on here by people who have nothing outstanding to show for themselves, and if this post gets any traction i am surely to be barraged by people saying i just "don't get it" by the respective and overlapping communities of these two, who instead of making any of the discourse about actual results all just treat is as a dick measuring contest of who can most correctly memorize as much lore from their respective idol's teachings and using that as a perpetual discrediting mechanism towards their skeptics
