The “ETH + SAI only” pattern points to old approvals. Probably a forgotten contract from 2018-2020 era getting exploited now.
Tools like revoke.cash should be everyone’s monthly habit.

Baru-baru ini ramai dompet Ethereum lama telah dikuras wangnya dalam masa yang singkat. Kebanyakan daripada dompet ini tidak aktif selama 7 tahun atau lebih.

The wallets share a clear pattern: most were created pre-2019 using early brainwallet generators, browser wallets, or vanity address tools with weak entropy (predictable randomness in private key creation). Probable cause: Attackers brute-forced/cracked those weak keys with modern tools and improved compute power. It's not a smart contract vuln, approval drainer, or hack of active wallets—funds moved directly via the private keys. ~261 ETH (~$590K) total so far, laundered via THORChain + bridges/Uniswap. Old dormant keys are now at risk.

Heist not from just mainnet but L2s and other EVM chains too: @HyperliquidX @base @Optimism and @0xPolygon so far.
Looks like manual work, not automated as no @Uniswap txs on other chains prior to sending out $ETH, as of yet.
